A: The dues for 2017 were $50 per year, and invoices are sent out at the beginning of the year. The dues for 2018 have not been decided.

A: The deed restrictions were setup when the neighborhood was built, and they were designed to help maintain a standard of appearance and upkeep in our community.

A: If you see something on a property that needs to be addressed by the board, send an email to board@oakwoodglenhoa.org. For anything in the street, that is enforced by the city of Cedar Park. To report a parking violation, call 311 or report it to the city online.

A: The list of current board members can be found here.

A: The board's duties are spelled out in the HOA bylaws, which includes enforcing deed restrictions, maintaining the neighborhood entrance, and managing the HOA's finances. The board also plans a few neighborhood events throughout the year.
A: Consider running for a board position or volunteering! We have historically had a hard time finding enough people to fill all available roles, and it really helps to get new people with fresh ideas. Most board positions only require a couple of hours a month. Some opportunities for volunteering include, walking the neighborhood to look for issues, help to plan additional social events, and someone to put together a quarterly or biannual newsletter. If you feel inspired or if you other ideas on how to make the neighborhood a better place (and are willing to put in the effort to make it happen), send us an email at board@oakwoodglenhoa.org or come to one of the board meetings.
