Our HOA is run by homeowners who serve as board members and in other volunteer positions. Some of the responsibilities of the board include managing the HOA finances, organizing social events, and enforcing the deed restrictions of our neighborhood. Board members are elected for one year terms at the HOA's spring fling event and volunteer positions are appointed by the board. The board meets about once a month and the meetings are open to the public.
